RESULTS!! February 2017 Trophy Series

What a great running day. Nice cool start, good sun and finishing at the Platte River Bar and Grill is tough to beat and around 125 of you agreed with us. We had some strong running performances, then all enjoyed coming in for chips and a drink at the PRBG. Nice!

Mike Quispe won the 5k race, with Chris Martinez second and Noah Turbyfill third. In our 7M race, Steve Hunt came in first, with Matt Diaz and Ben Dugas coming in 2nd and 3rd. In the Race Walker category, Jan Hill won, followed by Mike Blanchard. Our fastest runners for the day were Jayme Brindle and Eric Greene.

Thanks to Michael Blanchette and Ken Shimada for directing our race – great course markings and lots of fun raffle gear. Thanks, too, to our friends at PRBG for letting us register and finish our race at the bar. That is a great treat, and we’re always treated so nicely. Roadrunners, make sure to visit other times and thank these folks!

December 2016 Trophy Series at Wash Park – RESULTS!

We had a great finish to 2016 at our December Trophy Series Race! We had super attendance on a nice December day – 115 runners joined us and enjoyed the nice cool weather. Some nice food and raffle giveaways let us finish the RMRR year with smiles everywhere.

Sabine Preisinger and Eric Greene were our speedsters on Sunday…just as they were a year ago. Come on folks, let’s dethrone these fast people! For the racewalkers, Jan Hill finished the year strong with a win, and for runners, Angela Hamel, Llanira Duenas, and John Scheid came in first, second, and third.

November 2016 RESULTS! – 10M at Prairie Gateway Park

We had another FABULOUS running day at Prairie Gateway Park in Commerce City, and a good turnout for November. We had around 90 people join us, with 60 running the 10M race and 30 in our 5k. Since this was a newly adjusted course for us…EVERYONE set a new PR! Congratulations!

Justin MacLean, Michael Hopkins, and Scott Daily finished 1 – 2 – 3 in the Trophy Series Results. Sabine Preisinger was our Fast Female, and Josh Pilkington was the Fast Male.

Jan Hill was our fastest and only Race Walker of the day – go Jan!

In the 5k, Charles Talley, Erin Donnelly, and David Rothenburger were the top 3.
