City of Lakewood Waiver:
The city of Lakewood requires each participant of the race to fill out a waiver. Please use the links below to fill out the waiver before race day. If you are an adult participant, use the adult waiver link. If you have a minor, please fill out the minor participant link as well. We will have some extra copies at the race, but it will make it much easier to have the waiver’s already filled out online. Thanks for your participation in advance!

Date: Sunday July 10th
Time: 8 am start.
Course: race runs on dirt paths through Stone House Park.
Location: Stone House Park in Lakewood – at 2800 S Estes St near the intersection of Yale and Wadsworth.
