March 2019 Trophy Series – Cold and RESULTS!

Our March Trophy Series in 2019 was C O L D.  2 degrees at the start, run on the coldest March morning in Denver in more than 100 years.  The race appears to set a record for RMRR coldest start temperature and, unfortunately, the lowest number of runners we can recall!

But…it ended up being a decent run with a plowed path and sun.  We held a mass start to keep volunteer time down, and everyone managed to get around safely and smile about our numb fingers and toes!  Thanks to Lisa our RD and all the volunteers who made sure things turned out ok.
