Hi, friends. The last race of the year, and a much nicer day than last year. 133 runners, including 12 kids from Brown Elementary, turned out on a great morning for running. Thanks to directors Lisa and Keith Champeau for a well-run race. Here are our results (year end results coming soon). We got lots of nice photos, too.

The November race was held in absolutely beautiful weather. It was even getting hot at the end! We had roughly 90 runners and walkers, and Ben White brought a big group of kids from Brown Elementary to run a 1.5M course. Those kids were speedy! Check out photos of the kids and everyone else here.

October gave us more nice weather for us to try another new course at Twin Lakes. This course had some curves, tunnels, and even a bit of a water hazard for fun. We had roughly 80 runners and walkers; Jeff Young brought out his Planned Pethood Posse team, and those are some fast kids! If you’re interested, check out some of the photos.

We had a fine turnout of 87 runners on a beautiful morning. Chris Desilets won the Men’s 20 mile race, but as a previous winner gave up his shoes to Nathan McIntyre. Megan Fibbe won the Ladies 20M race, earning a free pair of shoes from Road Runner Sports in Westminster! Jim Rose and Lindsay Larson won the 10M races a $2o gift certificate from RRS. This was great way to wrap up RMRR’s MTS – check out the pictures here. And thanks, too, to great sponsors Road Runner Sports (2 pairs of free shoes – wow!) and Gu Energy (supplies during the run)–your sponsorship makes a big difference!
