Checking account balance is roughly the same as last year. Membership is up, revenue from Space Age is flat. Revenue up about $440.
One anomaly: $140 check from South Suburban returned. Bonnie – pls check with them to make sure we’re still lined up for the shelter.
Bolder Boulder – Deb and Keith J were age group winners. Bonnie, Jay, Scott K, and Mike Q all were second in their age groups. David R was 8th in his. What an achievement!
May race at Stapleton
- low on cones – lost one runner
- no 5k turnaround – bad
- need to have RDs make sure van has everything needed for the race.
Scoring – problems with people running near chute who weren’t in the race. Resulted in a time on the chart that had to be deleted, and it took lots of work to narrow in on the are to resolve. Need to help keep other runners out of the way.
Perhaps good to use bibs so we can more easily tell our runners from others?

Scott will get the food. Deb will get kids prizes and the grill. Have cooking volunteers lined up.

Stone House is expensive – $2 per person plus $fee plus $125 for shelter.

Deb proposed having ice cream after the race. 1-2 big tubs of ice cream with toppings.
