race went well, good turnout, good weather, good setup
 
March TS – Crown HIll
Pavilion where we register is now fenced off
Idea of putting up permanent markers

Potluck and Movie was fun.  About 16 people, nice food, 
 
Fathers Day Mile – David, Jared, Rob are going to direct.  Thursday June 13
need to put into Active, make an ad for it.
Think we’ll skip having electronic timing.
Use the same course,
Deb will check RRCA submission and make sure this is listed
food went well
will need to figure out how to do timing with our timers, get results quickly
MTS – Scott Dailey and Eric Greene doing the second race.  Still looking for someone to do the third race.
Need someone to figure out where we will start fall MTS.  Could start at Front Range College, or could start at Masters start near RRS.  Check with Mick V – RRS interested in sponsoring?
Marketing
– send Michael and Jared note – discounted Colfax entries as raffle for club race?

RMRR Board Meeting

Monday January 7, 2013 7pm
Whole Foods on Colorado Blvd

Treasure’s Report: Leslie was not able to attend the meeting.

Trophy Race – January 6, 2013 – Twin Lakes

-Results

-Comments: Jeff & Ric did a great job.  Thanks to Jeff for bringing the Starbucks Coffee for the Volunteers. Had between 125 & 135 for the race.

Trophy Race – Feb 10, 2013 – Platte River Bar and Grill: David R will measure the course on Saturday.

-Volunteers

– Race Course 7M and 5K

– Other race issues

Volunteer of the Year: Names to vote for Volunteer of the year:  Ric R, Olga, Sheryl.

Marketing – Dave C: Will focus on the following items in 2013: The Web site, social media, running stores, Running Guru.

Year End Banquet
– Sun January 27, 2013 at 6 P.M. At a different location.  The homestead.  People can park at the Fox Hollow parking lot & walk to the homestead.

Track Wed – Done until Next Spring: Will start in early April.
Wed night long runs at River Point shopping Center (Hampden and Santa Fe) 6pm
Group Runs on Sat 7am- at Goodson or Cherry Creek Res. Depends of weather for location

Year End gifts for Volunteers and Race Directors: Arm warmers.
