Wednesday Track Workouts
Track Workouts are every Wednesday April - September. 2008 workouts will be at Heritage High School . Here's the 2008 Schedule.
The track workouts are open and free to all RMRR members. Non-members are always welcome to try a couple of workouts at no cost. Track workouts are a great way to improve speed, endurance and overall fitness level for runners from novice to the speediest of rabbits.
The workouts start at 6:30PM. Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to warm up. We recommend 10 minutes of easy jogging and some light stretching to warm up. We will start with a few additional stretches and some drills, then go into the workout.

Thursday Trail Runs
The DenverTrailRunners meet Thursday evenings, year round, as well as other weekday morning and weekend runs. Locations vary, mostly in the Morrison/Golden area. The runs are FREE. All ages and abilities welcome. For more info, go to: http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/DenverTrailRunners/. The group is not formally affiliated with RMRR.

Saturday Group
The Saturday Training Runs are on various sections of the Highline Canal. The distance can vary from 8-22 miles according to the individual's or group's needs. The routes selected will be on compacted dirt trail, although there may be very short portions of asphalt or concrete. We will try to have a car parked at or close to the scheduled midpoint for that week, so that we can re-fuel with more water and Power Gels. RMRR members and non-members are welcome to join us! For updates and email reminders, visit the Denver Runners group on Yahoo! Groups.
