140 at Crown Hill Race

Longtime Road Runners know that Crown Hill unleashes some of the worst conditions nature can offer for a running race.  Not so March 1st, when 140 (a 2000 decade attendance record) of you came out for the RMRR 3 miler.

At 40-some degrees, it was cooler than most of us expected.  Race attire featured everything from shorts & t-shirts to jackets and tights.  Pictures are online.

Attendance records:  2000 Decade
140 March 2009 (Thank you to our current and new members + our school newbie runner group)
133 March 2004  (another nice day on the hill!)
122 February 2008  (new year’s resolutions + lots of AIR Foundation runners)
