Favorite Place to run/walk: I love mountain trails but mostly I pound the asphalt
Favorite Workout: Tempo runs
Most satisfying performance: The 2008 RMRR Twin Lakes 10K, finishing in 42:29 the day after running a 5K race; and the 2008 Colorado Marathon, finishing in 3:18
Favorite RMRR event: I have to say Twin Lakes; Chatfield is always nice
What do you like about RMRR: The community; getting to know the other members. It’s fun to compete against familiar faces.
