Why did you start running/walking: My dad used to make me run with him every day around a two mile trail when he was in college. When he got his commission with the U.S. Army we were sent to Ft. Benning where there was a 2 mile race. He made enter the race, I subsequently won my age group and a shiny medallion, and from then on I was hooked.
