Why did you start running/walking: I taught 6th grade in Upstate New York and when my 6 grade kids went on to 7th grade and a different school , they told me they needed a cross county coach. I think it was 1983
Running/walking since:I have run alot more over the last 5 or 6 years. Just trying to keep in shape

How did you learn about the RMRR: A friend told me about it
Favorite Place to run/walk: Highland Canal in the summer
Favorite Workout: Interval workouts on the treadmill. Get alot done in a little amount of time
Most satisfying performance: I qualified for Boston with my first marathon. The P.T Chang in Phoenix. I ran 8:00′s the whole way. But I proposed to my then girlfriend at the 24.5 mile mark of the Boston Marathon. Thus that was a very satifying marathon by far!!
Favorite RMRR event: The August 5K. I run that course a lot
What do you like about RMRR: I love all of the opportunities and the people. If you run , that means alot to me and it says alot about you!
