Favorite Workout: Track Workouts
Most satisfying performance: Going to Vancouver and running a half marathon at Sea Level. It was my best performance to date.
Favorite RMRR event: The August 5K and BBQ – I’ve done that one every year.
What do you like about RMRR: I think it is a great inexpensive way to run several races a year. Plus the group runs such as the Tuesday group and Track workouts provide opportunities to meet other runners in Denver.
