How did you learn about the RMRR:  finished a run in Waterton Canyon and they had the RMRR run about to start
Weekly mileage:   30 – 50 miles + 50-120 miles cycling
Favorite place to run/walk: Barefoot along Virginia Beach, VA when it’s ice cold
Favorite workout: quarter mile repeats
Most satisfying performance: Motivating my sister to become a competative runner by finishing 213rd overall at the Carlsbad Marathon in 2007
