Favorite Workout: Yoga, Hill training
Most satisfying performance: PR at Racing with the stars 5k
Favorite RMRR event: the Marathon training runs in Westminster
What do you like about RMRR: Being part of a community that is accepting of all runners regardless of ability. The longevity of the club, over 50 years they must be doing something right!
Other information: Thank you for accepting me and allowing me to speak at the awards dinner, and finally making me a member. I enjoy the races and the brother/sisterhood of the Club. This allows me to be a part of a positive community of people, in comparison to being a loner non committal drunk.
