Favorite book: Ha – how could I have a favorite. I like all kinds of genres, but generally partake more non-fiction than fiction.
Why did you start running/walking: I like running. I like the multi-sensoral exploration and rawness that running brings to the soul.
Running/walking since: sometime in 2004 I started it up again. I ran track for a year in 7th grade, which nearly killed me. I had bad allergies and asthma back then, which have since lightened up.
RMRR member since: March 2nd, 2008
How did you learn about the RMRR: Laura told me about it and gave me a gift to Runner’s World for our anniversary.
Weekly mileage:   between 10 and 20.
Favorite place to run/walk: Little Dry Creek, Willow Creek, Walnut Hills, Highline Canal
Favorite Workout: Run to work in the morning and back home in the afternoon. I also really dig Tony Horton’s P90X Plyometrics.
Most satisfying performance:
So far it was the Stapleton trophy series. I was in the groove and felt great during the race.
Favorite RMRR event: All the TS races are new to me, so they are all my favorites so far.
What do you like about RMRR?
Having friends in the club and the motivation the TS races give me to improve my running.
