We had lots of people come out for the August race and BBQ. Thanks to race directors Hilarie Ryals and Ric Robinette, to our cooks and food preparers, and to everyone for coming out. It was a lovely evening and a great race.
We had a new course record set. Jonathan Huie ran the 5k in 16:00. Wow! That’s a 5:09 pace, something many of us couldn’t hold for a half mile….
