Interested in getting faster? Of course you are. One of the best ways to feed your need for speed is to attend the Rocky Mountain Road Runners track workouts on Wednesdays at Heritage High School in Littleton. The workouts are organized and led by RMRR members Scott Kukel and Mike Quispe. The 2009 track workouts begin April 1; the workouts will begin at 6:30, but be sure to get there a little early to warm up. Check here for the 2009 schedule. All are welcome — the workouts are designed for runners of all abilities. See you there!
